Managers will be constantly assessing their squads with sporting directors and recruitment staff scanning the market for potential deals. A plethora of players will become available in the summer where clubs famously have more money to spend and aren’t as restricted by financial fair play rules. The rumour mill is beginning to pick up pace and we’ve collated some of the biggest current transfer stories.

Napoli are reportedly interested in signing Rasmus Højlund this summer. The Danish striker has endured a difficult season at Manchester United, scoring just twice in the Premier League. And Napoli could bring him back to Serie A with Victor Osimhen destined to leave on a permanent deal.

According to reports in Spain, Mohamed Salah’s representatives have held talks with Inter Milan. Salah is enjoying a phenomenal season with Liverpool but his contract expires this summer and there’s yet to be a breakthrough in negotiations. It’s also been reported that Inter are interested in Mason Mount.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Maxim De Cuyper from Club Brugge. The defender has interest from a host of Premier League clubs and AC Milan.
